Prospective students for both on campus and online courses must submit an application. The admissions process usually takes three to four weeks to complete and must be completed before a student can register for courses. Once an individual has been accepted as a student, he or she can register for either on campus or online courses.
Students who have previously taken courses at the Children's Ministries Institute do not need to apply again. Just click the registration tab that meets your needs and fill out the registration form.
You will be asked in the application to indicate your agreement with these policies. All students must indicate agreement in order to be accepted to the Children's Ministries Institute.
Step 2
Complete the online application. If needed, you can complete portions of the application and return at a later time to complete it.
Download the reference forms below and send them to the two references you listed on your application. Instructions for the individuals to follow are included in the documents. Your application cannot be processed by the academic committee until these reference forms have been received.
If you chose to pay the application fee by check, mail your $35 to:
Admissions / PO Box 348 / Warrenton MO 63383
Your application cannot be processed by the academic committee until this application fee has been received.
Step 5 (Online Students Only)
If you plan to enroll in online courses go to www.online.cefcmi.com to create a user account. Click on the right side of the page under "login" and follow the directions. Setting up a user account now will ensure that you can register for courses as soon as you have been accepted by the academic committee.
Step 6
Once the academic committee has reviewed your application, you will receive email notification of their decision. If accepted, you can then register for either on campus or online courses.
